Szen is a chartered professional mechanical engineer, who has extensive global offshore subsea experience covering detailed engineering designs, onsite manufacturing & mobilizations, and offshore subsea installations.

During his 20 years within the Energy sector, he was heavily involved with subsea systems design & procurement programs, including offshore windfarm projects. He was also an engineering specialist advisor for offshore project risk surveys and forensic investigations to the London Insurance Market. Szen has a special interest in the design, manufacturing and installation of subsea flexible components including deep water umbilicals and cables and has been part of EN-ISO Standards working committees drafting various industry standards and recommended practices for the Energy sector.

Szen joined Integra as an Engineering Adjuster in 2020 & has been supporting Integra Risk Services as a Senior Risk Engineer since 2021
