Rachael serves a Senior Client Advisor and the Energy Industry Casualty Leader within Marsh’s Energy and Power practice. In this role, she oversees Marsh’s oil and gas casualty portfolio, ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions and services to clients. With over 17 years of experience in Energy Casualty, Rachael is recognized for her deep technical expertise and her ability to develop solutions with large, complex risks. Prior to joining Marsh, Rachael was the Regional Underwriting Manager for Chubb’s Major Accounts Energy Excess division, where she played a key role in developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive profitability and growth of the Energy casualty book in the Southwest region. Rachael began her career as a Professional Associate at Lexington Insurance Co. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at University of Tulane.
