Mark Helmueller joined IMA in 2022 with over 30 years of legal experience, including the past 23 years directly involved in the energy industry. He began his career as a litigator focusing on insurance defense and coverage in California and later served as an administrative law judge for the State of Texas Railroad Commission, the primary regulatory agency for the energy industry in

Texas. Most recently, Mark served as in-house general counsel for several independent exploration and development oil and gas companies in Texas.
