Kris leads the ENGIE North America insurance and risk management team. He joined ENGIE in 2023 as Director of Insurance & Risk Management. Kris has over 18 years of power generation and energy transformation industry experience. He started as an engineering consultant in 2006, working on energy efficiency and power generation projects after achieving a master’s degree in energy systems engineering. Kris moved to Texas in 2017 and has been working in operations and insurance/risk management roles for IPPs invested in the energy transition, including utility scale wind, solar, battery storage, and CHP/district heating & cooling projects.
