His background in construction, engineering-focused risk assessment, and claims management enables him to work effectively with insureds, brokers, engineers, forensic specialists, and adjustment teams to navigate challenging losses and support practical claim resolutions.

 A U.S. Army veteran, Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management and an MBA in Construction Management from Norwich University. He is recognized for his disciplined, process-driven approach to claims handling and his ability to bridge technical, operational, and insurance perspectives in high-stakes environments.
