Eileen is a senior project risk advisor in Aon’s Power and Renewables practice. In this role, she works with power and renewable energy clients to provide holistic risk and insurance advisory services throughout the total project lifecycle—from pre-development through decommissioning. Eileen focuses on risk assessment, including refining indemnification and risk transfer schemes, and designing insurance requirements for power and renewable projects.

Experience

Prior to joining Aon, Eileen worked for a multinational insurance carrier where she led the major litigation claim group, which handled the company’s largest commercial insurance losses, as well as kidnap and ransom claims. She also served as head of construction claims. Eileen began her career in private law practice, where she defended contractors, manufacturers, property owners, and professionals and represented insurance carriers in coverage matters. She has litigated insurance issues related to environmental and construction matters across the country.

Eileen first began working in the industry in 2000.
