Responsibilities

Claire is the Director of Environmental Claims Advocacy for Aon Risk Solutions’ Environmental practice. Aon’s Environmental Practice is responsible for working with Aon offices around the world to assist clients in managing their environmental risk.

Claire serves as a client advocate to help resolve challenges associated with complex or difficult claims, offers advice on policy wording, and monitors and advises clients on emerging insurance, legal and environmental developments.

Experience

Claire joined Aon in September 2011 and has more than thirty years of environmental insurance and law firm experience. Prior to joining Aon, Claire served as Risk Management Counsel for Zurich Environmental. Prior to Zurich, Claire was Division Counsel for various carriers including Quanta, Chubb and AIG. Claire began her insurance career at AIG Environmental Claims first adjusting claims and then managing a group of claim analysts specialized in pollution insurance coverage. She also spent several years in private practice in New Jersey and Colorado.
