Charles serves as the Managing Director, Americas for SteegeXP, a global team of independent adjusters specializing in the energy, power, renewables and marine sectors.  He holds an Honors degree in Chemical Engineering, retains professional Chartered status with the Institution of Chemical Engineers (UK) and is a Chartered Engineer with the UK Engineering Council.  He also holds ACII and MCILA accreditation, along with an MBA through Curtin University (Australia).

Charles has over 13 years’ Process engineering experience in the upstream oil and gas industry, spanning all phases of project development and operations, for both onshore and offshore upstream developments.  He commenced his career as an Independent Adjuster in Singapore in 2014 and has managed a variety of complex Energy, Petrochem and Power claims in the APAC, MENA and Americas regions.  Charles moved to Houston, USA, in January 2020.
