Alec Davidson is currently Assistant Vice President, Business Development Manager at Descartes Insurance Solutions Agency, Inc. which specializes in parametric solutions for natural catastrophes. He is responsible for sales and distribution management, working closely with brokers and clients in the Western U.S. Prior to joining Descartes, Alec spent over 5 years in the insurance industry focused on wholesale distribution at a regional Wholesaler as well as overseeing Business Development for a Cyber Insurtech company.

Alec is a graduate of the University of Oregon where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He currently resides in Scottsdale, Arizona and can be found in his free time either out on the golf course or hiking in the Superstition Mountains.
