Substitution/Transfer Policy:
Registrations may be transferred from one party to another party prior to 1st November 2025. After this date, no attendee substitutions will be allowed. All substitution requests will be processed within 3 business days. Substitutions between ticket types is not allowed, e.g., transferring a market pass to a vendor.
Discount Link Policy:
Discount links may exist. Prospective attendees must meet the link criteria and have been shared the link by an authorised individual. Being shared a discount link does not necessarily entitle the holder of the link to qualify for the discount. Show management reserves the right to cancel the purchase of any ticket holder who does not qualify for us a link.
Photography, Recording & Videotaping:
By attending the event you give your permissions to be photographed, recorded, and/or videotaped; in addition, as an attendee you provide Cannon Events Ltd full discretion over the use of your likeliness for public posting and/or future marketing or its conference and media business.
Force Majeure:
If events beyond the reasonable control of the parties, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war in the UK, strikes, terrorist attacks in the city where the event is being held, or curtailment of transportation either in the conference city or in the countries/states of origin of the attendees, which prevents at least 30% of the attendees from arriving for the first day of the event, so that it is impracticable, illegal, or impossible to hold the conference, Cannon Events Ltd may cancel the conference and offer attendees a credit for a future event.
