Ginny Penzell is the Director of Risk Management at EOG Resources, Inc., a leading publicly traded oil and gas exploration and production company, where she has spent the past nine years guiding the organization’s global risk strategies. With more than 30 years of experience in the risk management field, she brings deep expertise in corporate risk, insurance, and governance. She holds a B.S. from the University of Maryland, along with the ARM and RIMS Fellow designations. A past president of the Houston Chapter of RIMS, Ginny has presented at numerous industry conferences and is recognized for her leadership in advancing risk management practices.
